In yet another dramatic clash, Briefly News reported that a gun battle in Ntuzuma, north of Durban, resulted in the deaths of three robbers, one of whom was a rogue police officer. Authorities say the initial confrontation involved two suspects pretending to be police officers, who were involved in a robbery. Both were killed in the ensuing shootout.
